Things a writer should not be saying out loud

So here’s what happened: I wrote a four page flyer about AI right before Christmas, and then posted it on a few coffee shop bulletin boards and in cute little scroll holders I made with paper clips on December 29th, 2024.

In this video, I was going to read the flyer to have a verbal record of it, allowing myself some latitude to digress as I introduced the text.

And what happened is exactly the reason I write: so I don’t ramble on about what I want to write about, and the struggles that every unknown writer faces. I hope my writing is original, because my complaints certainly aren’t.

Anyway, there will probably be more on this subject of AI soon, because I’m still working through my recent writing and trying to put it in a more digestible form.

I’m posting this here because there is really nothing to be done with it, and even though no one will see it, there is a hope that some other extremely obscure writer somewhere at some time might relate to it.
